Out of curiosity, would somebody with a lot of verifications or he/she adds a new verification every couple of days or so put you off meeting them???

I'm thinking it would me as it means the more partners they have the higher the risk of an std - even with condoms

No more of a risk than those who don't display veri's. I go through phases of displaying/hiding the summary. I don't care one way or another what someone else does. If I want to meet them it's regardless of whether they're successful or not on here.

I don't count verifications. I just check the top few.

I'm sure people would be OK meeting me, never mind I've hidden the first 4 years worth of verifications. So you'd never know that I was riddled with STIs, having never been responsible enough to get tested every 3 months.

I swear, the erroneous judging on here gets worse.

It doesnt matter how many veris, but it does mean they are more likely to meet and can guarantee they are genuine.Some veris could be from parties or webcams.

This is a swinging site after all and at least to some degree you know a little about who they have met and where. Cant say the same for picking up someone from a night out can you?

The majority of our meets are not from here so our veris have no link to how many people we have met.

I agree with what someone posted earlier though , if you have a lot of veris we are more likely to meet you as you are more likely to know what this game is all about.

Not in the slightest. Someone with one every 3 months might be shagging his nuts off weekly with someone not on fab so no veris. Judging someone purely by verification numbers is a flawed method and misleading. Someone might be shagging lots but not leaving veris as art on here.

As others have already said, there's no way of knowing for sure how often someone else meets ... not only can they hide some, or all, of their veris, they may well have had meets where no veris were given anyway. Or met people who aren't on Fab for that matter. We can only go by our own instincts - asking whatever questions we individually need to in order to feel comfortable about meeting, playing safe and getting tested regularly.

Lots of veris don't necessarily put me off. It's what they say that might do that, and that could potentially happen with just one or two. Frankly, my immediate knee jerk reaction on seeing lots of veris isn't one of horror but to a) wonder 'where on earth they get the time?' and b) to feel a slight pang of envy before reality bites and I remember that frequent frenetic sex would probably do my back in once and for all.

I also tend to have a nose at the veris prospective meets have left for others, which can sometimes be telling too - but it's all about (my own personal idea of) 'quality' and not quantity.

It depends but probably not. I take the people on meets for who they are based on my interaction with them. Veris can be added disproportionately to meets and sexual health risks.

Have sexual health risk education to explore a little deeper

When someone has over a hundred veris and have only been on the site say 7 months then it would put me off. Especially as sometimes 2 or 3 go up in one day. I know alot of people who frequently go to clubs sometimes have a few but are mostly socials but too may meet veris in a short space of time definitely puts me off.

I don't think people having different opinions on whether they want to have sex with someone who has lots of 'play' Veris are prudes in the slightest. Everyone has different preferences and surely if they were prudish would certainly not be on here
