"It's a natural thing. Just don't be scared of it and let it happen. See what happens next......and weirdly enough, try not to be scared of you think you can't breathe. " Dosent scare me anymore All i do now is move my toes ( if i can, but not always ) that normally gets me out of my Paralysis or just ride it out Sleep Paralysis only last 30 seconds to a minute but feels like hours | |||
