I have no preconceptions on who I get the hots for.

I don't go out of my way to find a woman who is Slim/black/athletic/tall/redhead/BBC other put off by it either.

These things are posted and asked for all the time, even listed as a pre requisite on profiles.

Is this to tick off a wish list or that these requirements are all they search for?

I can't define what I like in a list. It's a certain something which I feel when I see / chat to someone.

Personally I don't feel enough people take notice of profile text to bother writing a whole list of likes / dislikes. You can't tell me the 200+ messages I have meet my *requirements

It depends on the person surely.

I know a few profiles that look perfect. I know a few profile that look terrible.

But I reckon, it's like a CV. That's the first impressions, and usually it's not who you meet.

I don't understand how what a profile looks like relates to your OP. Apologies. Surely people meet the people that match their profile generally? Or else what's the point?

I'd say it's a bit of both. For some it's a wish list, for others it's just personal preference on who they like to fuck. I really dislike those profiles that list off a fuck-tonne of preferences, I suppose it makes their profile seem really formal. Nothing wrong with it though, that's just a personal thing!

I might not match. Or they might not match mine. But after a chat on forums or PM. We might arrange to meet.

Something about them or me might just spark that lust. It then turns into a meet with someone you wouldn't normally go for. Does that make sense?

We have preferences I guess but they aren't the be all and end all.

We find that we attracted to many different body types, hair colours and styles etc but the big defining factor is their personality.

Obviously we have to find them attractive in the first place but personality can determine whether a person becomes more or less attractive to us as we chat to them.

Basically, we like sweet/funny ladies and guys. Body type doesn't always play a defining factor.

I completely agree. And I think most will.

You can be absolutely gorgeous, but if your if you don't have an ounce of personality or humanity in you, it makes you unattractive.

When you have loads of offers you can afford to be picky.

I only specify tall and articulate because those are the only features that all of the men I find attractive have in common. I wouldn't specify other things because I really don't care about them.

It really bugs me to get messages from people whose profiles are all about wanting to meet milfs or gym fit or petite women. If they like it enough to put it on their profile then I really don't want to be your exception or your "oh I'll try something different for a change". Fuck that, I'm nobody's fall back option or experiment. And if you don't "just" like petite women (for example), then why put it on your profile?

My tastes are fluid...some days i want curves all over my face and others i want to oin a petite body to the bed.

Some people seem to have set in stone ideas about what they want but for the most part fluidity seems common here.

Just my view.
