Is it less commonly prevalent than it used to be?

Yes it is 2.34% down on a like-for-like basis compared to 2003 but compared to an adjusted table of indices it is actually 4.56% up on 1964.

All figures plus or minus 6% of course

Not at all, but different people have different sense of humour. Not everyone understands my sense of humour same as i dont always understand someone elses. Doesnt mean someone is miserable if they dont have the same humour as i do

All these questions! Look why don't you all just buy my book: " binomial distribution of the chuckle reflex within the UK based on an analysis of the confidence interval for regression slope"

£3.99 at all good book shops (give or take 99%)

I'd be somewhat fucked without humour, although I also don't often get fucked even with it

If I couldn't have a really good laugh every now and again (usually st something very inappropriate) I may as well just give up now.

Ditto to that. I always try and see the humourous side to things. Even some things that are deemed highly sensitive.
