Agree, La La Land is wonderful. Also saw Manchester By the Sea this weekend which is brilliant too - both very different films though, depends on your taste and your mood

I'm trying to fit in Manchester by the Sea and Moonlight if I can. I can't find anyone to go with me so I have to splurge all my chat about films on here. "

I want to see Moonlight too. I'd go with you if you lived nearby - we seem to share the same taste in films!

Was a touch disappointed with La La Land.

Best 2 films I've seen in ages are...

Hacksaw Ridge....wow...amazing film, and

Hidden Figures.

Both true stories about inspiration people.

I do miss the BFI! But luckily we have a very nice Picturehouse cinema in Norwich in a lovely old building. It's become my second home.
