Has been exaggerated!!

Nearly shuffled off this mortal coil, but, thanks the the skill, care and dedication of ALL the NHS staff involved in looking after me, I am now back on my feet and on the road to recovery

You will have to wait a little longer to read my obituary here

O o O oo

Who would have started the obituary thread if you had gone and kicked the bucket yourself !!

Glad you are OK, but I like gory details, so if it isn't something that you can't discuss...spill !

Well, the moral of the story is not to ignore the aches, pains, middle of the night tummy upsets etc.

What began life some time ago as a simple infection had become a whole lot worse by the time the surgeons crckef me open. They told me that I had begun to rot inside and that I was a tad gangrenous.

All out now, but do enjoy your lunch

I'm surprised they didn't whip it out at the same time then.

Nope, am told it was acute gangrenous cholicystitis at least sounded like that, apparently I had been in a bad way for a while, think they got it all out but now have loads of appointments for different clinics to make sure all of my organs are working properly still

Moral of the story is not to ignore your aches and pains I guess

Cannot keep an avid reader of obituaries down
