Mercedes Benx- a Bi word for shoddy workmanship?

I was cleaning my Mercedes travel mug today, only to realise the damn things rusted!

To be precise the inner plastic lining is screwed to the stainless steel exterior and it's the screws that have rusted.

Maybe get an Audi or BMW instead if you were thinking of getting a Merc If you just bought one, god help you

Lots of makes of cars rust, its not specific to Mercedes.

Have viewed negitive comments about Merc build quality before, love them personally...a Audi would be my choice if i had money to purchase a new car.

its ok there's nothing wrong with it, ive got a s203 mercedes they come with Rust as standard equipment.

our Old Discovery 300tdi isnt as rusty as the Merc!
