ok. just if he got in with a key logger she needs to remove that before trying to sort out anything. most people don't do this usually though, they don't need to as passwords are easily guessed, but if he's been sending her anything a key logger could have been downloaded in then she should check for one. they can be send in pics, videos, anything you download, and aren't always called exe files.

she needs to scan her computer to see if anything needs removing. not sure how you do that on a phone but malwarebytes is good at picking stuff up.

i think he's probably guessed her email and password. facebook emails you the details of where/when someone signed in if it's unusual activity.

so long as she's sorted it out so he can't access it again she should be ok. i'm gonna presume that's the first thing she did anyway.

DOS(S) attacks to take down networks takes 1000s of people, they don't do something like that for boredom.
