Well yes that is obviously an issue - I thought it was the 'taking a friends car' that was holding you back.

Unless that is a euphemism I've missed?

You went for a night out with a friend, felt wide awake so went for a little drive around and it broke down and you needed to be rescued.

And you never know - the recovery bloke could be a good end to the night

Do you go or not, i know its tricky being as you are married and guessing other half doesnt know about you being on here, but this has cropped up before on the forums where someone has gone to a club and saw their neighbour there, it came up whether they should speak or get together. In the end it was kept a secret as it should be, and went together at a later date, although its still putting trust in someone else.

Manchester Area

Its not the age of the car but how well its been maintained ..does it break down a lot? If so the risk is higher if not its the same as parachuting 50/50 every time not matter how many times you jump ....sounds to me like youd enjoy freefall so go for it with a reserve to hand ??

If it was me I'd ask my friend if it's broken down recently. Are you with the RAC? If so it doesn't matter if it breaks down but then I guess you have to work out what to do with your outfit when you get back to yours.
