I think I used to have quite a reasonable body but since September last year where I went abroad for work alot and ate out LOADS and then Christmas, I think I've put on far too much and really want to shift it..

Apart from the obvious what does everyone out there do to lose timber??

I joined slimming world in August so far I've gone from a size 22 to a size 14, I still have another 2 stone to loose

It's been really hard I don't mind admitting, keeping will power when there is so much temptation in the way is hard, I lost 2 pound at the weigh in after Christmas and i was so proud of that because there were goodies everywhere, everybody offering me sweets and mince pies it killed me to keep saying no

You just have to get in the right mind set and stick to it, there's no miracle cure for weight loss, I'd use it if there was

Just go on a low carb diet.. people look at food lables and look at the fat content.. it has nothing to do with that it's been proven by science. Cut the carbs cuts the gut.

It depends what you are doing you have the obv eat well and exercise your body burns fat for energy when resting and carbs when training so have low carb meals with healthy fats (fish nuts etc) through the day then high carb asap after training (brown rice pasta etc) and if you training try stick to hiit (youtube it ) abd try to take on at least 2l of water a day but your better off just researching it and find what works for you i had the same problem if you want to message me i can show you my pics of how i changed and help you if you need it

I stopped eating carbs nearly ten years ago. I went from 21 stones to what you see on my profile.

Oh, it's easy too as when you stop eating carbs, you stop craving them and resisting becomes so easy, it becomes second nature.
