Still quite a newbie here so does anyone know what this word means :

????

I keep getting it or variations of it. Like 'hey babe hmmmmmmmmmmm', or 'anymore pics mmmmmm' or just simply 'hhhhmmmmmmmmm' ..... is it some kind of secret introduction?? Because it seems to be attached to 95% of the intro mails in my in box .....
