why do admin allow a new account which states FF then in right up it states he is a single male clearly a fake ???

Or they ticked the wrong box? Just report it and admin will change it so it matches the profile text

Until someone reports them, there's nothing that can be done. The signup is an automated system, I'm sure there's no one person or persons that bet every single signup.

Just report it and it'll be dealt with. Bear in mind that admins are busy folks who may take time to action it.

It's not possible to check each account as its set up. If you see an account that's obviously incorrect report it and admin will change it.
