Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Light make up for meets, pretty intense for clubs (well, the lights are low. Got to make an impression!), and no make up rest of the time.

I always really emphasise my eyes as they are quite large. I'd pick something you want emphasised (eyes, mouth, cheekbones) and google some tips to bring them out and compliment them.

As a make up artist and a make up addict I pretty much wear it all day everyday. I wear it light for work then wear more dramatic make up whengoing out.. I feel naked without it on..

for day to day i just wear mascarsa as my lashes are blonde. also i use vaseline on my lips just to keep them moist in all this heat we are having.

on a night out i do the whole works.. moisturise, concealer, foundation, blusher/bronzer, eyeshadow, kohl eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss

even after that effort i sometimes feel like taking it all off and just doing light make up

a small amount of base natural make up looks best (to me at least).

not keen on the overdone look - looks tacky / cheap.

natural beauty beats contrived beauty any day

i do understand that for some ladies, wearing make up makes them feel better / more confident in themselves, so to that end it can be more than an aesthetics / looks thing

never wear make up during everyday life, and only a light smattering of the stuff as and when I do go out. Don't see the need to cake yourself in false crap just to get yourself out the door. (MY humble opinion, and not directed to any person)

I wear mascara when I don't have my eyelashes done and lip gloss. That's it. No difference between going out/work/meets... I kinda like the natural look and don't like a lot of make-up on myself or other people.

depends what type of red you mean

if you mean bright pillar box red i would say it is because it is subconsciously pushed into us that women with bright red lips are of easy virtue

Because we don't grow up with our peer group helping us get it right?

Because we don't have the best of raw materials to work with like you?

Because we do a better job with it than you?

Seriously, I've had guys say they like CDs because they make more of an effort than women so nyah nyah, it works both ways.

she said what he failed to understand that in front of the man she loves, she can look her worst, in front of people she will never see again, she has to look her best

cleanse and moisturise morning and night, for make up I know a lot of men like it but for me I prefer just a little tinted mineral eyeshadow and longstay lip colour. Less there is the less to mess up!

For a wedding I might be a bit more adventurous.

Anyone asking???

I don't wear make-up to work as it would just be silly but for evenings out with friends, meets or something special I wear light almost natural looking make-up. I don't think I can wear heavy make-up as I've got a bit of a baby face so it just looks like I'm a child thats discovered her mothers make-up case.

I only wear make up on special occasions when I need to doll and polish up.

For a bit of glam, I would use eyeliner, mascara and lippy.

The full works, as in foundation/powder, nails etc., is reserved for really grand affairs, as it takes nearly 2h to do, excluding nails!

It has taken me years to perfect applying light make up to look like I'm not wearing any at all. I don't have any lines or wrinkles, and my skin tone fairly even: heavy slap would age me and make me look like a pantomime dame.

as a guy,i always make the effort,to look my best, when going out for a night,or on a meet.

so if i see females in similar circumstances, without make up.

i just think she couldn't really be bothered, making an effort.

a lot of females,and guys,who don't bother,making an effort.

have a take it,or leave it attitude.

mostly the opposite sex will leave it.

it's not a sin,to try to look your best.

Agree with the fact, that is nice to meet people who make an effort to be well presented ..the way they dress and hair done and smell nice, however not all women feel comfortable wearing make up, alot of women look better with out any make up applied.

I never wear make up during the day, luckily thank the lord im blessed with clear skin.

At night if Im going out with the girls I may have make up which is a little elaborate. I like Indian bridal makeup and I also like to put ridiculously long eyelashes on or stick diamantes on my face, I do it for me, noone else. Its just an individual thing.

When I go on meets or when I got out with Chris I wear makeup but normal looking make up
