Don't seem to be working properly

I have blocked those with no public pics from messaging me but I still gets lots of messages from profiles with no pics at all

I has this before too,think they allow them public to message you ,then put back to private.Annoying though !

It is but it works. Make a photo public, send message, hide it again. Bit of a loophole but I'm not sure how you'd stop it

Could it be people that have already messaged you and you replied are once again contacting you ,, does that not get around any filters?
