Any hopes of a return to the judging panel of The X Factor US for Cheryl Cole have been dashed by the official confirmation of Nicole Scherzinger as a judge.

Is she or not ,,,,,,,,,,, the usa love the under DOG .... is this just a way of her making it big over there?

Cheryl snubbed the offer to return, apparently. We'll probably get to read all about it in Cheryl's new tome: 'My Book 2' when Max Clifford has finished writing it.

like sarah Fergusom thay had open arms over there ,,,, thay love the under DOG in USA cant help thinking its all a game plan .
