You DO get attention because people look at your profile, quite a few in 'stealth' mode so you can't see they are looking. The profile views might not lead to messages and meets but you ask 'is there anything putting people off?' the answer is yes - a negative header about 'not getting any attention' and you mention twice about being described as a giddy puppy and the allege what women have said. If you're quoting from this thread then try 'mewling' - it's an apt word.

Do a profile search for 'profile advice' and you'll be able to answer your own question.

I tried that once but the pregnant lady told me to fuck off and to stop pressing on her belly. She then kneed me the knackers, so yeah, pretty painful.

OP. You've only been on here for 3 weeks which is a very short time.

It can take months. Rein in your natural young exuberance and look at other similar threads in the Forums.

Tidy up your profile, it has errors in it. Stop showing what others think of you, but instead describe yourself, what you seek etc.

Get onto the Forums, go to socials and clubs; it's all about getting yourself noticed as you are up against so many other guys all seeking the same thing!

It will work, but will take time, patience and perseverance.
