Just want to know do you girls like a man with muscles more?

I'm a skinny guy but started hitting the gym and I've gained a little bit of muscle... Nothing spectacular and I'm still quite slim but my shirts are getting tighter so I know I'm gaining.

But a lot of girls I know have passed comment on how much better I look, and if I'm out the girls seem more open to talking/dancing.

Now nothing has changed apart from my physique. We'll maybe indirectly my confidence or maybe even just posture.

Does it really make a difference or is it all in my head haha.

Some women like a lot of muscle.

Some women like larger men.

Some women like very slim men.

Some women like tall men.

Some women like short men.

There is someone for everyone. Each to their own doll.

Good luck with your fitness journey but do it for you, not to impress others.

It will be differnt for everyone.

But like most things it follows a bell curve.

The typical male build as seen in advertising etc tends to appeal to the broadest category.

Also somone who takes csre of themselves/is active and healthy tends to be more attractive than somone who doesnt

Always go to failure

Back is definitely an addicting muscle group as rhe progress csn be rapid and satisfying as well as it being that "hard days work" feeling afterwards.

I know haha. You really learn a lot about your limits.

I'd say it's mostly mentality. Your brain gets tougher if you get what I mean.

Like I said I'd have failed a lot of the sets I finish now. I'd have also missed today if my lats were as sore as they are now when I first started.

But I've got a little bit of mental toughness now. I know my body can handle a lot more than I used to think it could.

Yeah I do mate, surprising how strong and powerful something as simple as deadlines can make you.

The weights feel like nothing very quick. I know it's because I'm a beginner but I'm loving the journey until it slows down.

Some are more attracted to muscles, so it's probably not all in your head OP. Personally speaking, it's of no odds to me. There are some I find attractive who happen to have muscles and some who don't. Muscles are not a defining feature that I look for.... Though I do tend to like a soft belly on a guy... For purely selfish reasons, as I'm a cuddler

I honestly don't think it makes a difference.

People are funny fish when it comes to choice.

Some like it some don't. Some like it but won't message for being rejected. Some drool. Some have said not my cup of tea.

What it does do is make your face slimmer (more attractive) or if you need a bit more weight in a man gives a squarer jaw. Apparently a feature I have been told.

Not to my.knowledge but in totally not disputing the fact the injects something!!! I believe it's growth hormone. He's pretty open about what he does.

I like guys who are in good shape and that includes those who have good muscular size and definition. Primarily I like good looking men who have a lovely personality. Confidence can be attractive but only within the right person.

If you're enjoying your workouts, keep at it. If it builds your confidence that's a plus. But aim to build your confidence so that it's not linked to looks. Looks and health can come and go, so it's ideal to feel great however you are.

Me too, I'm not condoning the use of any type of gear etc but at least he's open about it. I can think of a few YouTube guys that lift that look like they have been on the gear but won't admit it. False advertising really.

Not always. You need to watch how they train to see if they know what they are doing. Intensity levels, methods, volume, technique, range of motion, flexibility, stamina.

That is right and yeah there are many that wont say they are on it on utube. I reckon because of the sponsors they got, it is also true that all the protein shakes are spiked, rich tells it how it is.
