No more couch potato

Gastric band booked in to be tightened next month and next week I have an induction day at the gym

I need to get back on track and reach my goal size

Need to drop three more dress sizes to achieve this

Will be nice to get out and interact with new people as caring for someone gets very lonely

If you have got a gym membership make sure you combine some weights in with your cardio.

Helps to tone up as you lose weight but also helps with weight loss.

That's my advice
