picture from profile dissapeared

Hey can anybody help me out with a query please. I uploaded a picture , wasn't rude , just a face picture which was accepted. Checked later on to see if it had been fabbed and by who. Clicked on the picture and it says image no longer available. Yet the image shows up in my pictures. Confused as to why

Does it still say approved in your gallery if so just delete it and re download it
