As someone above said... Add scrotom size variations.

So, unless you are dragging along the floor in the flaccid state... Nothing to worry about.

Your cock changes length all the time and how loose your balls are changes all the time.

99% of the time size worries are all in your head and as long as you can see your cock and it's not dragging on the floor you won't be at an extreme either way and nothing to worry about

I believe current government guidelines state a range of 7 to 23mm. If you extend beyond that you could find yourself with a custodial sentence, so beware.
