Mines still going strong, and I have an idea I'm gonna do Feb too, and even a few days in March, but then I'm out of the alcohol forbidden country and back to the UK, cant see it lasting long there.

I'm still dry and not missing it too much. I gave up caffeine at the same time and that was far harder - severe headaches and shakes for a few days but I feel so much healthier now. I even embarked on an intense exercise programme so I think I'll try to keep it up beyond January. I'm useless at moderation so it has to be all or nothing for me
