Sky is good with New Customer and very bad with old customer . I don't know why?

Most of these type of companies don't give a shit about you until you leave, Then you get endless amounts of junk mail offering you new deals to sign back up

When I had a problem I contacted customer care and they were brilliant. The lady concerned solved the issue in 10 minutes and she then said she would deal with any future problems, should they occur.

I've been with them for about 17 years. Every 12 months I phone up and say I'm moving to BT/Virgin/Amazon Prime and they reduce my charges by 25%. If you don't ask for a discount you won't ever get one!
