this place can be cold and heartless and maybe make you think you shouldn't care but if you feel something you can't help that.

i've had feelings for a few guys despite fucking a lot of regulars at once at times so nobody was exclusive. even considered a relationship with one guy because my feelings for him were really strong and he said he felt the same way.

I didn't see your other thread but are you 'wrong' to feel sad? No. You can't help how you feel. My ex was a total and utter shit but I still have days where I miss him three years later. Our feelings and emotions are part of what makes us who we are

Not wrong for feeling sad, we all sometimes catch the feels momentarily. It's how we deal with them that matters. With an FB the cards were on the table from the start. He obviously has history with her and it's a romantic rather than sexual convenience one. Dwelling on it won't help you and/or make him change his mind if he's on here and sees the threads you've started. Sometimes moping in private is the best way. Or having a rebound fuck.

Accepting that everyone is different, the situation I have always found hard to resolve (although I accept others are able to do so) is this. Putting aside the situation of married and established couples, how do you tell if someone finds you special and has deep emotions for you, if you are both swinging?
