When you send the contact form to admin part of the text says something like we can't due to the amount of messages reply individually..

however the paragraph below

The moderators and admin are all volunteers doing their best to keep the site safe. We appreciate that sometimes genuine mistakes or mis-judgements are made and we welcome feedback privately via the contact link. If a moderator has made a wrong decision, we'll contact them and let them know what they should be doing, and we'll also make it right.

Thoughts from you good folk or if you know ..how do they put it right as they don't reply individually ... isn't this a paradox ??
