Ok looking to get a new phone. I've never had a "posh" phone before. I'm currently using a referbed Samsung galaxy core prime.

I want a galaxay s7 in rose gold but can I justify spending £600!!!!!!

What phones have you all got n should I spent that amount. If I do I'll be givin this phone to my daughter as hers is smashed. Xxx

I've got a galaxy s6. Not the most up to date but still a great phone and available free on many contracts. If you want an up to date phone without the huge up front cost contract is probably the way to go and there are some really good deals out there.all depends how much you use your phone and what you need. It's worth going to a price comparison site as the best deals tend to be online.

I have galaxy s4 that has 2 hour battery life and if its outside for too long the battery will get cold and the phone switches off.

If I was going to get a posh phone, I would buy Google Pixel but I'll probably end up getting something that fits within £20 a month and has 3gb of data.

I have a samsung s5. Excellent phone and when contract is up for renewal in feb may get it again

You could always go onto a contract with an older phone and pay less

Good luck

I always thought it was better to buy out right then get a contract cos you pay over the odds with a contract. Xxx

Nottingham/and everywhere my location says i am ;)

Well don't bother with the Samsung 7 if you fancy a holiday abroad. Just come back from Italy. They are completely banned from all flights. Even if they are switched off..

I have an s4 as well, bought it 2nd hand for £100. The only problem I have with the battery is that it only charges at about 10% per hour. Having said that I don't use it that much as I'm at home most of the time and am on ma pc whenever I'm on here or need to do any internetty type stuff

Its got a good camera as well

You do pay slightly more in the long run as you're effectively buying on a credit agreement. At the end of the day it comes down to which is easier to afford for you. A large initial outlay for the phone and lower monthly bills, or no upfront fee and a few pounds extra a month.

They fixed the battery problem with the s6 and upwards with the new "fast charger" charges from 0 to 100% in about 1 1/2 hours

Eve has the s7 in rose gold.

I have it in black.

We've just moved from iPhone back to Samsung.. and it's the right decision

The Samsung issues atm, either with battery or constant updates - go with Google Pixle. The reviews say it is before it's time.

Hey yourself a nexus 6p.

The Google Pixel is only slightly better, but not with double the price.

I would never buy a phone outright nor second hand. I prefer to have a contract and have a good deal sorted out.

currently have the jiayu s3 for past several years, going to buy the xiaomi mi note 2 soon(the chinese version of the samsung s7).

i buy Chinese phones, as very cheap and very good quality.

since i bought Chinese phones, i would never buy a phone from the uk again, way over priced.

I did have a work phone that was an Iphone. I love the cameras on an Iphone because you can take a decent photo, which is important as i don't own a camera.

However, i have dropped it and it's died. I have tomwait till April for a replacement.

Currently using an LG phone and it's a bag of wank.
