I can see where he's coming from. I've had/have mental ill-health and being around it hasn't been easy for my loved ones. I couldn't adequately support another with mental illness as I only just have the energy to manage my own.

When my ex in new year 2009 talked to my friend said she likes him and would he meet her he showed me all the messages.

He said he liked her but she was with one of his best friends and wouldn't do that to a friend.

Also she messaging my best mate asking where I was and she bet I was chatting to other women.

I finished her as soon as my friend showed me the messages asking him to meet her.

She blamed it all on my mate obviously.

Just waiting for people to Start calling me a liar as all other posts I say people do.

We had a sort of open relationship and anyway he went to dinner with his ex before she left the country. I told him to pack condoms but he assured me it wouldn't happen and was just dinner. Did I believe it? Course not. Fully expected them to have sex and well they did.

When he told me I was just like meh, told u it would happen.

He didn't like my reaction and felt I needed to be heart broken and swear at him and all that crap. I was too laid back in an open relationship for his liking

It's crazy but there are people like that out there....women that press your buttons and aren't happy until they get a slap as it gives them the excuse they need to play the victim as they're not happy in themselves n the only pleasure they get is from bending the ear of any sap that will listen to their tale of woe.....how hard their life is....how their man batters them n what a bastard he is.....they're like professional victims!

A mates ex wife wasn't happy unless she was the centre of attention n everyone present was listening to her 'problems'....if you had a problem she'd always have to one up you with her 'much worse' problem!

N these non problems could've been easily sorted,but she didn't want solutions as then she would have fuck all to moan about!

For instance she was moaning about her upstairs neighbor (who when she was there she was nice as pie to!)

Whinging about her visiting unannounced n just walking in......"so lock your door",I helpfully suggested!

"But then she chaps the door for ages n won't go away" she said.

"So don't answer it,or tell her you're busy n it's not a good time" I suggested as another solution........"but,but,but!!!" was all I got,there's just no helping somebody that thrives on drama n loves playing the victim!

She told me one of her exes used to batter her n lock her in the cupboard........now obviously that's reprehensible behaviour but I did think to myself......can't say I blame him really!

"I got dumped for not being "black enough" she wanted a yardi, and that's sooo not me, so she gave me my marching orders.

Best part was when I reacted reasonably, and didn't kick up a fuss, she tried to give me a lecture about how I was a traitor to my race, and if I was a "real black man" id of smacked her up the head and told her about herself, I actually laughed as I walked away, I hope she found what she was looking for "

Curious, was the woman black herself?

Poor misunderstood OP! His date said "I am fine but you can't take the risk", ie a variation of the its-not-you-its-me.

Because some of the girls I work with wear few clothing. I got accused of sleeping with them in back stage areas before and after shows. Said she couldnt handle the attention I sometimes got.

To be fair I see her point but I was not acknowledging the attention that way and I have never got involved with a work colleague.
