Nope been a regular for 13 years. Hate January unless it's 6.30am so I can actually get on a treadmill. Roll on Feb when the newbies have given up.

I'm lucky I train off-peak hours so I've missed most of the boobs. Been hearing some horror stories from some of the regs though

My circuit training sessions are heaving! Been doing 40 stations to accommodate the January rush! As stated before, it'll be back to normal by February

I got a bag of salt n vinegar and a mars bar.
