Another thread just reminded me of drinks from the 80s. Anyone remember a drink called Bezique? It was green and tasted of mellons. Bit sickly but all the rage at the time

Hmm, never tried pernod and pineapple, used to drink mine with blackcurrant and lemonade yummy

Now malibu and pineapple was popular and I drank it then but find it far too sweet now

blue bols and lemonade- left your tongue blue after 3 of them

pernod and creme de menthe - luminous green in colour tasted like benylin cough mix but after 6 i couldn't mind a thing lol well except seducing my karate instructor at the time and shagging him then getting dropped off at work for a 430am start

on a quiet night black n tan -tennents special and a sweetheart stout delicious and plenty of iron in it
