I guess it's each to their own....I wouldn't want anyone to offer me Lambrini or champagne (all fizzy wines seem to give me heartburn) and all red wines taste like vinegar to me...as far as I'm concerned the only good glass of wine is one that you enjoy...be it Lambrini, champagne, Wolf Blass red etc..etc......now a fine malt whisky, or a good brandy mixed with a decent port and you're talking

To be honest i wouldnt have been insulted, i dont drink the stuff but i would of just politely refused. Maybe that was all they could afford or didnt know what you drank. Not everyone drinks champagne all the while

If someone expected me to supply them with champagne they would be disappointed. If you come to my house and want champagne you bring your own, if your out and everyone is drinking it fine.But i wont be buying anyone a glass/bottle of champagne while i sit on diet
