"Try Coombe Abbey in Coventry. They do a medieval banquet. Its a good night - not sure about children though." They don't cater for children, but that's now top of our list for an adult weekend away the rooms look amazing

"Hi, hope someone can help. I have a 40th Birthday celebration to arrange this year and I've struggled with Google so thought I'd try here, I'm looking for a show while you dine - one of these American type places, would ideally like a medieval theme but not essential and it must be child friendly. Within a two hour drive of Bristol would be perfect but for somewhere amazing we would travel within England and Wales. I've discounted the London one simply because there are other places I'd rather try there. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you kindly " Why not try one of the Meaderys in Cornwall? Full on medieval
