I think it's funny that "curvy" get so much attention on here when all of the body descriptors are somewhat abitrarily, and often liberally, applied. Who cares? I look at pictures and when I can't tell based on pictures I don't message them at all.

Exactly this!

Yes I have curves and yes I'm also fat/flabby in places you only need to look at my pics to decide if my body type is for you or not. Quite frankly I have noticed that most threads like this are started by 'slim' people who dislike overweight people so if you dislike this type why the need to start a thread on it?

So are you fat or curvy as you put that 90% of us which would mean you are including yourself. Pictures give some indication of persons body weight. Have you an issue with weight and use these threads as transference.?

Personally, I opted for 'ample' as there wasn't an option for 'a right porker with flabby legs, saggy belly and bingo wings' but maybe I should've picked 'curvy' as you don't get curvier than 'round'.

Yeah a lot of people on here and dating sites lie blatantly - both men and women - whether to gain as many fabs as possible for their pics or to get meets - or both!

I believe my pics reflect what I look like and they're updated regularly to show what I currently look like (conversely my 'new' pic on hot photos is several months old but I've stated that and I still look the same!)

To remove any doubt I declare my clothes size on my profile - so people can work out along with my height that I'm not slim but not big either! It's always worked for me and no-one's had a nasty surprise when they've met me!

I don't think all women are curvy...some are virtually straight-up-and-down, some round, some top heavy, some bottom heavy.

It's all about proportions and ratios, so dress size doesn't really come into it. I've been a hourglass-shaped size 10, and the same at size 16.

I have recent full body pics in private that my meets get to see beforehand, and not one of them has been disappointed with the real thing.

I find it amusing that some seem to think women who class themselves as curvy are hiding their 'fatness' by not displaying everything in their public pics. We're not all attention hungry!

How can anyone be fat?

If you have hair people do not call you hair. If you have muscles people do not call you muscle.

You can have fat. You cannot be fat. Everone has fat. If you have no fat at all you will die.

Some people prefer those with more fat some people prefer some with less. These preferences are more to do with fashion, culture and media brainwashing than human nature.

I've got ample as I'm fat , but I do have curves in spite of that. My waist goes in and my hips go out. I don't think 90% of the ladies on here have curvy as their body type, I imagine it's a fairly even split between all body types.

Does it really matter anyway ? You can tell from photos what a body type is. It's not rocket science.

Welcome to the modern world of media programming. Your tastes are the result of conditioning you've had since you were a kid.

That's quite hypocritical of you to be honest. The gentleman behind your profile has quite a lot of meat on his bones some would say fat and the lady is wearing fat pants in one or two of the pictures. So to be honest your not in a position to judge anyone.

When the man looks like changing Tatum and last kelly Brooke then maybe judge till then who cares, if you don't like larger people don't meet them.

There is no need to judge then either or try insulting them.

OP it doesn't matter what people describe themselves as, it has nothing to do with you. What should be more important to you is why you have an issue with how others describe themselves and feel the need to post with such derision.

We could all look at someone's profile and disagree with its contents. For example people may be sceptical about the 'professional' description you have chosen when you cannot spell or have a good use of grammar. They may also be sceptical about the dress sizes you have indicated when the pictures don't quite match up. Both of these examples have appeared on your thread.

Now to mention all that is certainly catty and bitchy, but because you have started a thread with such derision towards people who have a fuller figure, then others will reply in the same vein and it then becomes insulting.

It really shouldn't affect you how others see themselves.

"Classy pair

. They are classy, they only drink 'persacco'

And yes we drink persacco and your point is ??

And where you get only from btw?

It's prosecco, being classy you should of known that

Should have

Good call

Really

Predicted phone spelling mistake

Ooo some people on here take life so seriously and need to chill a bit, maybe the diet they are on, messing their brain or is it this time of the year "

Ok so your don't approve of People being fat (or it appears you don't)

But then criticise them for dieting and trying to change

Erm erm not sure what quote to say to that

"It is true

all women are curvy

Or just fat hiding behind the word of curvy

It seem to be 90% of us on here are

Hard to beleive ? "

I can't quote a figure as I have nothing to back it up with but a large percentage of people's attitudes towards other people's profiles on here is certainly hard to believe.

If you read a profile and it appeals to you .... great, if it doesn't why make it an issue or comment on it?

"I am fat and I am curvy. You can be both. my waist is significantly smaller than my hips and bust which makes me curvy, i am also overweight which makes me fat. I don't understand why people don't get this.. it isn't only slim women who can be curvy and likewise it isn't all curvy women who are fat. "

I'd agree absolutely!

One forumite described it perfectly in her profile! She said she has an hourglass figure - there's just a little more sand in hers!

To me, being curvy is essentially about the hip to waist ratio - and whether the boobs and bum are in proportion with the rest of the body.

However, just because that's my opinion it doesn't make it fact. Xx

I agree, fancy letting the fact someone considers themselves curvy or not bother you enough to make a post about it.

And I'm perfectly chilled, like a glass of nice prosecco

In all seriousness though, this is all said tongue in cheek, I just found amusement in the post and joined in. X

Sad but true though

True? I am curvy. And a bit fat. Don't see why it's such an issue me calling myself curvy when there isn't a podgy option; it's pretty obvious from my pics."

Not podgy at all but you are curvy and stunning.

The BBW chat one?

Had a peek from time to time and there are some interesting posts!

If you ever solve the conundrum of where bustier/larger ladies can get lingerie without being royally ripped off is be interested to know - several family members are plus size and they struggle to find anything that isn't extortionately priced!

Yes the BBW one feel free to say hello it may say BBW on the tin but that's all subjective anyway

We haven't really discussed lingerie as of yet only got as far as kinky boots and the answer to that one was just searching plus size thigh high boots on amazon. I order yesterday(prime member) and just fit them today £39.99 and a great fit can't wait to debut them on my next club visit

I really can't picture my neice in kinky boots! Sadly she lives permanently in sweats!

Wouldn't mind some for myself though - and I find most of the mainstream shops aren't a great fit! (Broad feet and thick ankles/calves here - I'm a foot fetishists nightmare! )

I'll say hi on the thread later!

No one is judging and it has nothing to do with my hubby been fat or not

Take chill pill "

So how can you call people for being overweight when your hubby is?? That really doesn't make sense unless you set the post up just to cause drama.

At end of the day description off shape and size does not matter. If there is an attraction you will know. A lady can have a fantastic figure but it does not mean she will be the most fun in bed..... Just being honest...
