"No not a rejected Bowie track What are your food likes that others might find a bit strange? I've heard my aunts and uncles talk about buttering weetabix when they were younger. I'm partial to some buttered Madeira or fruit cake. What are your choices?" Ooh I love butter on fruit cake! Crisp and salad cream sandwiches are a fave and beans with salad cream is yummy too! Not sure they're too strange though, will have to have a think and get back if I remember any real odd ones. Miss T

" I spent a week in Portugal a few years back and they had some sort of festival celebrating fois gras all week. It's one of my best food memories. One of the dishes was just liver, melted like butter on my tongue.

CM" The top one is a bit weird but the other two sound fine to me. I'm a great believer that most things between two slices of bread and butter work. Lasagne sandwiches are pretty good
