Remember hearing about the ghost when I was at school and checked back ,never noticed the little boy at the window before...in a earlier scene you can see a hand appear at another window .

Countless, but many feel timeless (Indiana Jones, Empire Strikes Back, Princess Bride etc).

Ones that make me love the 80's would be Back to the Future, Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller.

Oh god!! Brain could implode! So many great films in the 80's. All stand out for different reasons and spanning pretty much every genre. I can single any out. A friend and I had a similar conversation about this a few years back. We ended up writing out a list of the films that popped into our heads. An hour and a half later, we had a list of 136 films. All had stood out in our child hoods. Most have already been said. Great decade for film and ones that are fondly part of my life and who I am. Love the 80's.

Listen to Tim Cappello - 'I still believe' online. That'll bring back some memories
