For some it's an ego boost that they seem to need, for others it's just an indicator it's a well taken image.

Some do fab thinking yes that'll do and it's better than saying fancy a fuck but think most it's just a way of saying nice pic..

You'll reach more people - if you appear on page 1 far more people will see you. It also shows that people like to fab them? It helped a certain hotlistee of mine to take notice of me so I'm not disabling it any time soon.

If you get enough to get on page one of the hot pics then it's visible to loads of people, so you too can get messages from people miles away who don't meet any of your preferences

mens pics tend not to get as many fabs as womens pics..so they require less to get to page one..

the only way you would know your 'ranking' was if it was a new pic and had attracted enough fabs to get it onto the fab pics

I think what some women/men need to understand is that these places are not a true reflection of real life opinions or situations.

People frequent these types of sites for obvious reasons.. (Its a place to come for a perv and hopefully a fuck) and is treated by some as just a bit of a laugh and obviously in the slim hope they get some wanking material or a shag out of it.

To consider peoples opinions, flattering messages and fabbed photo's etc in here are anything more than that is pretty naive and delusional in my opinion.

But at the end of the day if everyone is having fun and doesn't take it too seriously then who cares either way.

When I was on page one regularly at one point it was more important than meeting nice guys (if you're there regularly you get so many messages it's difficult to arrange meets) - it took me a couple of months to wake up and smell the manure - and like many I've spent so much time on fab at times that it's interfered with everyday life!

If it becomes too much these days I give myself a time-out!

It doesn't at all lovely!

For some it's an addiction, and they'll do whatever it takes to get there/stay there!

Then it becomes like any other addiction (cigarettes, alcohol, sex, porn, game-stations - even fab itself!) - very time-consuming and potentially destructive!

And yep - I'm speaking from experience! When I was on page one regularly at one point it was more important than meeting nice guys (if you're there regularly you get so many messages it's difficult to arrange meets) - it took me a couple of months to wake up and smell the manure - and like many I've spent so much time on fab at times that it's interfered with everyday life!

If it becomes too much these days I give myself a time-out!

Exactly! Think there maybe a bit of the green eyes going on in this tread.

I wanna get on pg1 I make no secret about it. For me it's the buzz of seeing my pic climb higher. Plus I wanna get there under my own steam. I hate it when threads are started on my behalf it's happened a few times now. I can seek my own attention. If I ever get there I'll prob regret it. xxx"

No green eyes here I just think it's a bit lame. If you want to get there on your own merit that makes perfect sense - this isn't an example of that.
