Phew, how do you cope?

I find I need at least 7 hours a night or I'm wrecked the next day.

But these Forum pages are so addictive and I don't have the willpower to drag myself away!

I must do most of my cogitating when i get into me bed...find it difficult to sleep these days.

Mind i do sleep well after a night of good loving.....
