Why would you hate a spell checker? Surely they save you work if you can't spell?

Spell checkers are a wonderfull tool if you require them, no need to hate them, but if your critised for your spelling and unless its unreadable its the person being critical thats the saddo, IMHO

I like to think I can spell...I just cant bloody type!!!

But who needs one...

Eye halve a spelling chequer

It came with my pea sea

It plainly marques four my revue

Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

A checker is a bless sing,

It freeze yew lodes of thyme.

It helps me right awl stiles two reed,

And aides me when aye rime.

Each frays come posed up on my screen,

Eye trussed to bee a joule;

The checker pours o'er every word,

To cheque sum spelling rule.

Be fore a veiling checkers

Hour spelling mite decline,

And if were lacks or have a laps,

We wood be maid to wine.

Butt now bee cause my spelling

Is checked with such grate flare,

Their are know faults with in my cite,

Of non eye am a wear.

Now spelling does knot phase me,

It does knot bring a tier.

My pay purrs awl due glad den with wrapped words fare as hear.

To rite with care is quite a feet

Of witch won should be proud.

And wee mussed dew the best wee can,

Sew flaws are knot aloud.

Eye strike a key and type a word

And weight four it two say

Weather eye am wrong oar write

It shows me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid

It nose bee fore two long

And eye can put the error rite

Its rarely ever wrong.

Sow ewe can sea why aye dew prays

Such soft ware four pea seas.

And why I brake in two averse

By righting want too pleas.

Eye have run this poem threw it

I am shore your pleased two no

Its letter perfect in it's weigh

My chequer tolled me sew.

just cause your dyslexic and cant spell does not mean your not intelligent!

not by a long shot! ...........can explain......

get a piece of paper and draw a brain, then draw a small circle inside that brain. The small circle in your brain, that normal people use for reading and writing, you still have that circle! just means that you use that part of your brain for something else, so you should think positive about it, your probably very good at other things, im dyslexic myself, (no idiot) im not no where as bad as I used to be, as I worked at getting better, but stil shit lol still spell things wrong, and sometimes get the letter b and d around the wrong way lol but fuck it, dont bother me one bit I stil earn good money, and live in a nice place, and get my leg over when ever I wish

hope this helps your outlook on dyslexia mate

"I dont mean spell checker on windows i mean people on hear thay make you feel about an inch tall"

I wouldn't worry about it: it says more about them than you. I'm very good at spelling, and pretty smart too.

When I use my Blackberry it seems to have a mind of its own and becomes creative.

There's always those that can't wait to point out a spelling mistake, bless em.

I do like to give pleasure so if it pleases them...

Don't let anyone on here, or anywhere for that matter, make you feel bad about yourself!

Sometimes a typo can set a thread giggling "with" the person who posted...

Sometimes a post will deliberately read a typo in...

Others write "in dialect" ya knows...

To the 2@s who seriously criticise...

To be honest only you can make yourself feel small. Someone can say something but its how you react that makes you feel that way
