in the eye of the storm

today I did two very selfish acts ,

the first act was I brought a case of beer while shopping with a friend and as we got to his place with his shopping I said hay fella don't forget your beer .

I did this because I had grown sick of his long face for the past month at work .

low behold the old git smiled more like his old self for the first time in a month .

secondly I brought two bunches of flowers and left them hidden between my special friends wheelie bin then text her saying I've left a hint of summer for you between your bins.

this to was a selfish act because everything I do I do for self serving reasons after all I'm a bloody man so today I live up to the stereotype .
