Sassy " Before I had the confidence to get in the gym, I did the 30 day shred. It did work, I lost some weight. I will say that I prefer weights over it but that's just me. I hate cardiovascular training in any form he he. Good luck doll! I've seen some great success stories and it's great that you want to be active, no matter how you do so. Eve. X | |||
