When you're not feeling 100%, you've one of those annoying colds, sniffles, cough etc

I'm not a patient poorly peep.. grumpy, and pretty much best left alone

what do you do when you're poorly?

It depends what it is. If it's a cold and I don't have to work then I'll slob around at home, sleeping whenever I can and reeking of menthol oil.

If I have to work then I pull myself together, as much as possible, and put the menthol oil on a tissue in a plastic bag for sniffing as and when needed.

If it's a Lupus flare I go to bed until I am better. Working through that can mean being ill for weeks instead of a day or two.

I just fight it off. I'm rarely poorly, but colds, I generally have 1-2 days when it's heavyish and I just sweat it out.
