If you do try and take one of you smiling and may be a couple of your body e.g. chest. You might want to do a bum shot they can be quite popular but if you don't fancy that how about one in jeans bare with chest.

Im sure, if you took a look at some of the successful male profiles on here you could get some inspiration. However, comments above regarding what you have on offer currently are pretty sound; a little more effort and creativity perhaps. Still, it's early days for you so room for improvement.
