if you had 9 letters and had to try and make a word do you start by searching for the beginings of words or work backwards by finding word endings then hope for a good prefix??
eg ---- l n k s w a g i n
wank,, then look for an ending 's' or 'ing'
or would you start with the 'ing' or 's' and then browse for a begining?

"We both love Countdown and have done a few scrabble tournaments. I always look for the suffixes first - iest, ing, ier, and so forth, then see what's left. With the conundrum, I squint at it and it's surprising how the letters can form as you focus. Fairly pants at the maths though "im better at the numbers.. if i cant get it i pause the tv until i do get it right lol | |||
