Thats it.Use up leftover mash potato,pre cook your bacon then chop and mix in to mash and shape like burger/fritters/patties and fry lightly so a bit crispy on outside...gorgeous,like yourself

I just finished a breakfast sandwich with fried egg, cheese, vegetarian haggis, and honey barbecue on a cheesy roll with creme brulee flavored coffee.
