Granted if a guy has the smallest one available

However any decent sized ring or as in my case bar is indeed sensed and only my experience always enjoyed

Or your experience was of a smallish penis with the smallest possible ring

Or indeed maybe you are less sensitive than others no shame there ?

Some women claim not to feel ribbed condoms I assume from what you are saying you are one of them , some indeed love them

However penis rings can be varied in size to ones a minority can't sense to ones that would be impossible not to

I'd suggest if a lady can detect a finger subtlety massaging the first 2 inches of her sensitive area then she will indeed sense a firm 5 mm ball between her inside and a hard penis

The balls I have are 8 mm and indeed give an unmistakable sensation xxx
