sarah has had to take her son to the local theatre to see a musical as part of his GCSE coursework so I, dave, have a rare choice of my own supper (she has only graduated to "very mild" curry) ...

when your other half is out what do you indulge yourself with??

Single so eat what I want when I like.

tonight I will be making venison susages with sweet potato mash with green beans. Topped off with a slow briased red onion, garlic and balsamic gravy. The only draw back is gravy takes about 90mins an I've been out all day.

chicken madras, lamb rogan josh and bombay spuds (from sainsburys)... blended together in the pan and served on pilau rice ...

the left overs will make for a nice lunch at work tomorrow
