Well it seems the A40 had had some very bad driving this morning, one dead and several others badly injured in TWO multiple pile ups!

When will people learn to drive to the road conditions! accidents like this are AVOIDABLE if only people were to drive SLOWER and also have their FOG LIGHTS ON!

RIP to the person who lost their life, but things like this should never happen.

Nothing changes your always going to get some moron driving at stupid speeds no matter what the conditions are but the bad driver normally walks away leaving devastation behind them.

Sadly accidents will always happen. Not everyone has the thought about other road users, just themselves unfortunately.

I find it unusual that some people drive without foglights on in foggy conditions, yet on a nice clear night, they drive with them on.. Wtf? THEY ARE CALLED FOG LIGHTS FOR A REASON

Too many distractions in cars nowadays.

Mobile phones.

Satnav.

Radio.

Screaming kids,

Turn them all off and concentrate on the road ahead.

It seems from people I know that yet again its speed that is the factor. Driving to fast for the road and weather conditions.

I have no sympathy for idiots who don't drive responsibly and within the law. All to often its the idiots that walk away from these kind of accidents and not the innocent parties.

It will never happen to me you all say but it happens to someone.

And yes I know only to well what its like to have the police knock on our door and inform us that someone has been killed and learn that speed was to blame.

So drive responsibly and slow the fuck down
