I've just had the perfect bacon roll.

Daughter bought me a baguet tray for Christmas, so I made some crusty rolls this morning, and slapped on some good quality smoked back bacon.

I bake my own seeded brown bread. Morrisons speciality range has chestnut smoked streaky bacon. Smear of butter and a blob of brown sauce= heaven
