not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

Do you buy a ticket ?

I'm in a syndicate and since the change to 59 numbers I don't think we've had a cash prize.. when it was 49 numberss we had a cash prize every couple of weeks or so.

If you've stopped what are you doing now ?

I'm in a syndicate at work, so I can fake being normal.

I don't personally buy a ticket, if I want to waste money I can find better ways to do it.

Postcode Lottery.

Won £10 on it quite regular, more so than on the Lotto. I keep a hairbrush near the front door just in case a fella dressed in red rocks up with a cardboard cheque for £25

We used to do it, stopped when it got more expensive, never understood the government turning down Branson's offer of doing it as a non profit organisation... Lots, of backhanders going somewhere.

I agree. And as posted above a lot of the money is going out of the country. I believe its something to do with the Canadian pension fund but I may be wrong. Jack.

The Town by The Cross

When there were only 50 numbers you had a 14m to 1 chance of winning.

Now there are 59 numbers the statistics are even greater against a win.

I read an article by a bonafide body which argued that people who do the lottery have to be slightly 'mad' or 'mental' and I agree. What's worse I STILL do the lottery.

Apparently there is more chance of being abducted by aliens than there is of winning the lottery.

I KNOW this mathematically and yet..... I will still play.

It's seeing all that money being divided up and given to bastards that don't want it as much as I do.

I really really really want it.

I really do.

I just checked.

I never won last night either.

Just another 15 million tries.
