Put aside many of his early stuff, but dug it out again after watching the tv series ELI STONE. His songs were brought back to life again, New arrangements and some different backing singers somehow made him more accessible.

Heard 'Too Funky' on the radio this morning, i'd forgotten how good it is. Had lots of fun dancing in the lounge to it

Don't really know his albums but someone bought me his 'Ladies & Gentleman' compilation years ago for Xmas. I didn't like him at the time and wondered what the frig they'd bought me that for (they knew me very well). I became a bit of a fan though.
