No don't do it, I gave up for 8 weeks a few months ago, had one whilst out cos I had had a few drinks and that was it hooked again

I have stop smoking for 2 years;

an its the best thing i ever have done

after noticing the prices of a packet, which is shocking to be honest;

how dose any 1 afford them.

with so many other prices raising an yet you hear this all this time;

quit smoking n save yourself a few bob.

Put the cash away toward that holiday of a lifetime that you never get round to saving for. Spend the craving times researching and planning and budgeting. Every time you want a fag look at the amount you have saved aginst the total spend and tick something off on the to do list that you have already saved the cash for

I quit almost 3 years ago and I can imagine just how hard it is after having 1 cigarette, but you have done the hardest part by giving up for a year, this is just a minor setback which you should get over in a few days. I still get the odd craving after all this time but not as much as a year ago. Keep at it, the smell of them makes me feel ill now.

Don't buy any, a year is a bloody long time to have given up for so don't throw it away. You've done so well, think about the smell, the cost and the health implications. The craving will pass, Z
