there were plenty on the ward when my mum had a coronary heart attack. I think fewer women than men have them but its not uncommon.

I had one this year, I am 51yrs old. Women don't present in the same way as men. Thankfully I had a stent and have recovered well.

Well done to you. As I mentioned above, heart attacks on women can be misdiagnosed because as you say, the symptoms present differently.

Just got in after finishing early tonight and just found out the news.

Apparently this happened 15 minutes before the plane was due to land and is in a critical condition.

Really hope the force is with her and she makes a good recovery

I saw my cardiologist this week and he said something very similar to me about women being harder to diagnose for cardiac conditions when going through my heart scans and ECG results.

I know what you mean, I remember seeing her on the Last Leg when she was filming for the Force Awakens. She seemed to have had a lot of cosmetic surgery compared to her last appearance.
